$150 per 50-minute session

$180 per 80-minute session

IQ, Achievement, and Personality
$250 - $3000 based on assessments and batteries given
Insurance
I am an Out-of-Network provider for most PPO plans. My services are typically reimbursable through insurance. I will provide you with a completed Super Bill at the end of the month for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Your session is reserved especially for you. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not contacted me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for the missed session.
